Products and fitment
We design and produce automotive accessories. Check the stated vehicle compatibility, dimensions, materials and installation instructions before ordering. If you are unsure about fitment, contact us first. Product descriptions and agreed specifications form part of your purchase.
Orders and payment
The products, quantities, selected options and total payable price are displayed at checkout. Available payment methods are also displayed there. We send an order confirmation after your order is placed. If you notice an error in your details or selected options, contact us promptly.
Prices and shipping
The total price and applicable shipping charges are displayed before payment. Standard shipping is free on orders of €25 or more. Shipping destinations, dispatch times and delivery information are described on our Shipping & delivery page.
Personalised orders
For genuine personalisation, we produce goods using the specifications you provide and that we agree with you. Check names, artwork and dimensions carefully. Any exclusion of the statutory withdrawal right applies only where the product meets the legal exception and this is disclosed before purchase. Standard catalogue options are not automatically excluded.
Delivery
We dispatch within two working days after payment unless a different processing time is stated or agreed. Postal transit time is additional. We remain responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable law. Contact us if your order is delayed, missing or damaged.
Withdrawal and returns
Your statutory withdrawal rights and the treatment of genuinely personalised goods are explained on our Returns & personalised items page. These terms do not require a reason for a valid statutory withdrawal.
Warranty and complaints
You are entitled to goods that meet the agreement and reasonable expectations under applicable consumer law. Genuine personalisation does not remove these rights. Report an issue to info@sbd3d.com with your order details and a description. We will assess the complaint and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
Installation and use
Follow the supplied installation and care instructions, and use each part only for its described purpose. Do not use a damaged part or force an incompatible fit. These instructions do not exclude statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our existing privacy policy explains how personal data is handled. Contact us if you have a question about your information.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. No clause limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
