Genuinely personalised products
The statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, where the legal exception applies. This must be clearly communicated before purchase. Examples may include a customer's own name, artwork or individually specified dimensions.
Standard products and colour options
Making an item after you order does not, by itself, remove the withdrawal right. Selecting a standard colour or a standard vehicle model is not automatically personalisation. Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods, and then have a further 14 days to send them back.
How to notify us
Email info@sbd3d.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, your name and order number. You are not required to provide a reason or obtain prior approval for a valid statutory withdrawal.
Refunds
For a valid withdrawal of the whole order, we refund the price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, within 14 days after notification. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or evidence of return is supplied, whichever occurs first. Extra costs of a premium delivery method are not reimbursed. For a partial return, original delivery costs do not generally need to be refunded.
Handling the product
You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, where the legal conditions are met.
Faults, damage or incorrect items
Personalisation does not remove your statutory rights when goods are faulty, incorrect or fail to match what was agreed. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Goodwill requests
For genuinely personalised goods excluded from the statutory withdrawal right, you may contact us about an exceptional goodwill solution. This is assessed individually and does not limit any statutory rights.
