Where we ship
We ship across Europe, including the United Kingdom and Ireland. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders of €25 or more. For orders below €25, the applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch time
We dispatch orders within two working days after payment, unless a different processing time is stated on the product page or agreed with you. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery time
Dispatch time is separate from delivery time. Transit times depend on the destination and postal carrier. Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Delivery updates
If dispatch is delayed, we will contact you. If your parcel is missing, damaged or late, email info@sbd3d.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Orders outside the EU
Orders delivered outside the EU, including to the UK, may involve import formalities. Any applicable taxes, duties and handling charges depend on the destination. Free shipping does not itself mean an exemption from these charges.
Before publication
Confirm that the checkout shipping zones and free-shipping rule cover every destination listed above. Specify shipping prices below €25, delivery estimates and how non-EU import charges are handled.
